- Eat to live, don't live to eat.

- Maintain consistency in chosen lifestyle

- Eat when you feel you should eat and don't wait until you are "starving".

- Eat until you are "satisfied" and not until you're "full".

- Don't fall into a vicious cycle of under-eating and over-eating

- If you fall away from your program, start over the next day

- At the least, follow most of your lifestyle changes most of the time

- Learn to enjoy the new you and celebrate your progress!

- Know this is your new and permanent lifestyle, not a temporary "fix"
