The definition of what "living well" means to one another varies greatly and the results obtained from specific programs and approaches often produces significantly different results.
Living a healthy lifestyle has been approached in so many ways that it is difficult to know what will work best for us as the individual. Unless we understand how our own bodies work and what we each need individually, we leave ourselves very little chance of reaching our goals.
How can we "level the playing field" so that all or most can benefit from a lifestyle that will provide the greatest return for the time and efforts invested?
